For All You Chicken Nugget Lovers!

CORNFLAKE CHICKEN NUGGETS Prep time: 15 mins Cook time: 20 mins Serves: 2 INGREDIENTS CHICKEN NUGGETS ● 2 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts (cut into bite-size chunks, 1-inch

pieces) ● 2 cups cornflakes (crushed) ● 1 tbsp grated parmesan ● ½ tsp paprika ● ½ tsp garlic powder ● ¼ tsp dried thyme ● ½ tsp salt ● ¼ tsp pepper ● 1 egg (beaten) ● 1.5 tbsp flour HEALTHIER RANCH DIPPING SAUCE ● ½ cup plain Greek yogurt ● ½ tsp salt ● ¼ tsp pepper ● ½ tsp onion powder ● ½ tsp dried dill ● 2 tbsp water (optional) INSTRUCTIONS CHICKEN NUGGETS

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper

  2. Mix the crushed cornflakes with parmesan, paprika, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl

  3. Coat each piece of chicken first in the flour, then egg, before rolling in the crushed cornflake mix

  4. Place each piece of coated chicken onto the baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20 mins, flipping halfway until chicken is cooked through and crumbs are crispy and golden

  5. Serve with dipping sauce, veggie sticks, salad, and or/potato wedges


  1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl

  2. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency
