GREEN MANGO SMOOTHIE Prep time: 5 mins Blend time: 2 mins Serves: 1 INGREDIENTS
1 banana, peeled
1 cup frozen mango
1 large handful of spinach
¼ avocado
1 tsp honey
1 tsp ground flaxseeds
1 cup coconut water (or plain water)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy
