GREEN MANGO SMOOTHIE Prep time: 5 mins Blend time: 2 mins Serves: 1 INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana, peeled

  • 1 cup frozen mango

  • 1 large handful of spinach

  • ¼ avocado

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1 cup coconut water (or plain water)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy
