Week of April 12th-17th: HOGA

Hi TEAM! as we hit our second week of provincial lockdown you may start to feel the frustration of being held home, at least I know I am. This week MTH teams will be focusing on the art of yoga or what I like to call "HOGA, hockey yoga!" During our online practices, this week coach Kylie will be leading our teams through a HOGA class, touching on the importance of focus, balance, breathing, imagery, and full-body control.
