We have an exciting week planned ahead for this week's round of online workouts! Our Focus will be on Creativity, Balance and Eccentric Movements

I am encouraging our players to be social amongst all the MTH CLUB TEAMS. We are doing an off-ice challenge and posting to Instagram/Facebook tagging @myteamhockey #mthDREAMGOAL and tagging the player they are trying to copy. Something fun for the players to stay creative and active and who knows they might even get a repost or a tag from their favorite player!

Players to research their favorite player's highlight goal or save and then try to recreate that play outside or in their shooting area at home. For example; I am trying to recreate Connor Mcdavid's highlight goal last year vs. Morgan Riley.

I would then post my video on social media and create the caption: @mcdavid97 remember when you did this? #mthDREAMGOAL @myteamhockey, hockey #thefuture

or I am trying to recreate Daryl Watts as she gets the GWG in this years NCAA frozen 4
