We welcome anyone who is looking to get involved with MY TEAM HOCKEY and all active MTH Players.
STARTING OCTOBER 4TH, 2021
MTH Online University program is a monthly subscription where players will get access to live online workouts and classes.
All classes will be held over Google Meet
a web link will be provided by email for each workout.
1: Cardio, Hockey, and sports-specific workouts such as stick handling, footwork, bodyweight movements, and athletic body positioning. Taught by Coach Patrick Murphy
2:Online mental skills coaching and training. Taught by Coach Myles Doan, Mater's in Sport Psychology Candidate.
3: Mindful Yoga. Taught by Coach Kylie St.Louis
